At Virtual Images we believe that product quality, and the breadth of
our product line, are driven by great technology. That's why were
committed to pushing technological boundaries, and why we have been
introducing new products and new ways to manufacture and finish
lenticular for the past 10 years. Here's a recap of developments we've
pioneered in the past 12 months:

Line Screen Printing Process
We recently installed new proofing and plating equipment by Dupont that
doubles the print resolution that we use to print our lenticular. The
new high resolution printing method, the industry's highest, allows for
crisper, more detailed images, and the ability to print up to 30 frames
of video animation on some lenses.
 VIU Announces
Paperless 4 over 4 Printing Method
We are proud to announce the conversion of our standard paper-laminated
product to a new paperless construction. The new paperless product is
built using 3 passes through our UV presses, producing the same opacity
as paper, in an all plastic and ink construction. The paperless product
benefits consumers by eliminating curl, preventing dog-earring (tearing
around edges), increasing product longevity, and creating a product with
more reliable product quality.
 VIU Announces Largest Printed Lenticular Signs Ever Produced
Using a brand new KBA press, we are now printing lenticular signs up to
63" x 46". This new large size features the same great high quality
lenticular, but at a size and price point previously unheard of in the
industry.

 New Digital Photo
Studio Services Offered
To enhance our capabilities and client services we've installed a new
Digital Photo Studio. The studio features professional video capture
equipment and a chromakey (greenscreen) background system. The system
can capture still, as well as live action video sequences, which can
then be used in our lenticular products. Studio shoots start at just
$500.
